Find the script that is insisting register_globals is turned on, and either
upgrade it to a version that doesn't require register_globals, or stop using
it.
register_globals isn't inherently a security risk, but it does turn certain
sloppy programming practices into severe security risks - and it is itself a
sloppy programming practice, and strongly deprecated many versions of PHP ago.
