No, I am FOR case insensitivity and AGAINST case sensitivity. You obviously
have not been reading what I have been writing.

PHP does not allow me to create *different* functions with the same spelling
but *different* case. Thus readfile(), readFile()and ReadFile() are all the
same in PHP 4 or 5. I am fighting against moves to change this as IMHO it
will lead to obfuscated and unmaintainable code.
