I am using phpMyAdmin to see japanese text in side of the table.

However, I can only see menu items in japanese but the content is somehow
garbled.

MySQL - 4.1.21
phpMyAdmin - 2.8.2.1

db is running on the rental web server so i have limited control.

if anyone has resolved this problem let me know.
