Well, the solution is easy(keep in mind I'm talking from my
experience in Spain, YMMV and also IANAL).

1. Just tell your bank to stop paying them each month.
2. In a few months they will threat to sue you or directly sue you.
3. If it's _REALLY_ not your fault then they will either withdraw or
some judge will say you are right, and at that point you can claim your
money back from them and maybe even a compensation.
4. In the meantime just get another provider, if required just get
another phone line and make the original provider pay it when/if you
win.

Unless you enlist a _MASSIVE_ amount of people in your "cyberwar" (and
that's really hard), it will simply be useless, and you'll annoy some
users in the process.
