I am trying to explain this issue. It's impossible to copy files, or
ftp or something like that.
Becase second system stored that uploaded file as a code. We upload
code packages, php system stores that file into the server, but other
system stores that file as a included code in its system. Second system
is a repository for squeak programming language. It does not store that
file as a file, it stores as a code, that is why it has own webserver..
