Many of the problems reported with (x)HTML pages turn out to be HTTP
errors due to inappropriate server configuration. Putting the HTML
source on a usenet binaries group is no substitute for seeing the page
(or preferably a tidied-up demonstration sample or test case) in its
natural environment, i.e on a web server.

Mine neither (mine dropped them due to the massive amount of space
required versus the relatively low interest shown by its customers),
but I didn't go there even when it did. However, that's really not
the key reason why this proposal seems to be to be a non-starter for
any kind of useful dialogue. It's hard to see how anyone who makes
pages for the web would be incapable of putting a test case onto some
web server somewhere, if they were seriously interested in discussing
its behaviour.
