I'd like to know the purpose of prefixing links with
http://www.google.com/url?q=
I'd like to understand what's with such prefixing
E.g.:
The link becomes
<a href="http://www.yahoo.com/">Yahoo</a>
instead of the normal, straightforward
<a href="http://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.yahoo.com/">Yahoo</a>
