Yes. Usually parameters are passed via global variables when the
package is executed. For example using the dtsrun utility from the
command line, or from an Execute Package task or using the COM Package
object.

Whenever possible please post enough code to reproduce your problem.
Including CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements usually helps.
State what version of SQL Server you are using and specify the content
