I find it interesting that most people are very pleasantly surprised
when I teach them how to adjust their default text size. Most had been
suffering needlessly with too-small type on the average web page (that's
all those micro-font designer sites, BTW). They are disappointed,
however, when they find that IE's clumsy attempt at text zoom doesn't
work in a lot of cases.

Says something about designers knowing what people want. Or not. :)
