And whatsmore, specifying it without the units has a different behaviour
than specifying it with units.

e.g.

<div style="font-size:20px;line-height:1em">
line-height is 20px.
<div style="font-size:50%">
line height is still 20px
</div>
</div>

versus

<div style="font-size:20px;line-height:1">
line-height is 20px.
<div style="font-size:50%">
line height is now 10px.
</div>
</div>
