The people who respond are not even volunteers. They are just people who
happen to like to discuss php.

What did you try? What went wrong? What email system are you talking
about. How does it work in the first place? What Antivirus are you
trying to install?

Most people are happy to help if you have a specific question, or
encounter a particular problem you can't fix.
