Hi All,

I am having an issue when I try to access PHP on my server, it asks to
download the file. I've searched hi and lo and nothing is working.
However, from a few posts, I have a few questions:

1) My server is not yet on the internet. So, does it matter if I am
trying to access it on my local network using internal IP's?

2) When I check to see which modules are compiled for Apache, I get
this listing:

[root@nitelife conf]# httpd -l
Compiled in modules:
core.c
prefork.c
http_core.c
mod_so.c

But I know PHP is installed:

[root@nitelife httpd]# php -v
PHP 4.3.9 (cgi) (built: Jul 12 2006 13:40:25)
Copyright (c) 1997-2004 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v1.3.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2004 Zend Technologies

So, this means PHP was not compiled as a module? Does that matter?

I'm using PHP as it came when I installed it from the CD's........

All the proper lines have been added to httpd.conf, so that is not the
issue.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!!
