I am running lighttpd under Debian/Linux. I installed php5-cgi. But I'm not
sure where the php.ini file is located. There is no .ini file in either
/etc/php5/cgi or /etc/php5/conf.d. Should I copy the
/usr/share/doc/php5-cgi/examples/php.ini-recommended to /etc/php5/cgi?
