You can use sp_help TableName which bring you all the information that
you asked for but it also brings back other pieces of information.
You can also use sp_helpindex TableName to bring you only the
information about indexes (including the index that is used by the
primary key).
The unsupported way is to query sysindexes and sysobjects directly.
