I'd see this site as one of those where a big chunk of Flash on the
homepage is entirely appropriate.

However I hate the menu. Why are these menu elements in Flash? What are
they doing that couldn't be done with a trivial CSS rollover? They're
also completely inaccessible to someone not running Flash, and that's
just poor coding -- even if you do stick with lots of individual
Flashlets for each item.
