I would like to get into my php.ini file using TextWrangler. I am not
familiar enough with vi or other UNIX editors to be confident I won't
screw something up trying to edit it with them. However, even when I
CHMOD the file to 777, TextWranlger shows it grayed out when I try to
open it through the TextWrangle file menu ("Open Hidden . . .").

This makes me think that there is some Macintosh setting making it
unopenable in TextWrangler, since permissions are set to 777.

Otherwise, I'm wondering if there is some UNIX ownership issue that is
causing this.

Does anyone have experience with UNIX/Mac that can help me with this?
