I had 8Megs, I upped it to 16megs.
Im upgrading PHP and Curl.

I also added some code if(trim($url)!='') and trim to the Curl function
to see if maybe one of the data sources where out putting bad data that
was blank or had a new line.

Ill keep you all updated. ;p
