Can you please tell your instructor's name so that we can send the solution
directly to him? That way we can also tell him that the exercise is not very
instructive: people actually try to do such things on their web pages and
even imagine they're doing something useful, and the exercise is therefore
misleading: it won't be taken as a pure "don't do this in real life"
exercise.

Learn some HTML and either client-side scripting or server-side scripting,
whichever might be in your instructor's mind. Reading the course material
probably reveals whether you are supposed to learn client-side JavaScript or
server-side PHP, CGI + Perl, or whatever.
