Can I ask also:
Do I have any control over the popup as to:
1. Appearing ON TOP OF any other frames, images etc.
2. Transparency

?

I'm just trying to achieve a lovely little think cloud, complete with
puffy edges, that looks like it just shows up and sits on top of
(anything else) that it may overlap anecdotally.
