In case I reinvented the wheel, I should probably stop my effort.

Note, that I tried to find a standalone debugging server of PHP. Since
I found nothing, I started this project. PHPDebugger interacts using a
PHP class, doesn't require a new source compile of PHP or any special
IDE.
