Remove the current installed version, use the windows installer for php
5.2.2. The installer will aks what server you want to configure choose->
IIS4+ CGI. Complete the setup and test yourt php install, sometimes the
installer gives and error message saying it didn't complete the install,
don't worry about it, if your test php script runs your are fine.
