Dont do it. Its hard, evil and I really dont reccomend it.
You need to be fluent in php and regular expressions.

Scripts dont exist because hotmail keep changing their sign on system
discreetly to discourage people like us. Im having a hard time
maintaining mine. (I wrote myself)

The scripts that do exist will work like Outlook Express and require an
old Hotmail account or Hotmail Plus using a protocol called Xml mail or
something. I forget the name.

My advice: find another way around doing what you want to do.
