Hello Ralph,

Many IDEs are in industry now. Also, we have many open source choices.
For me, In windows i use zend studio and notepad++. In linux, i use vim
and PHPEclipse. Also, you use PHPEclipse at windows.
Firstly, you should determine your preferences. Then, choose one IDE.
