This one doesn't open in firefox

I am the more confused because they all worked before the server started
playing silly devils. I am afraid that I don't know much about php. My
nephew wrote the basic one of these and I adjusted them to suit what I
needed. They are all basically the same script. I would ask him to
help but he's gone off to the USA to work in a children's camp.
