I'm running Firefox 1.0.4 and both of these do open.

There are some fairly major problems in the HTML though - e.g. there appears
to be two separate HTML documents output one after another in the first URL,
and the second URL has no <html> or <body> tags.

http://validator.w3.org will take apart your HTML and point out where it's
wrong, e.g.:

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fcwhls.object4.net%2Fevents.php&charset=iso-8859-1+%28Western+Europe%29&doctype=HTML+4.01+Transitional

Or more convenient is the HTML Tidy extension for Firefox - this'll show HTML
issues for any page you visit whilst it's enabled, and enhances the "View
Source" option with warnings and errors, and suggestions as to how to fix it.
