Anyone know of a lightweight to do list or task manager that I can grab?

All I need is a list with task, person, and date due. I don't need
dependencies, tie ins to a calendar, or anything like that. Just a very,
very simple to do list; something similar to a notepad and pencil (and as
easy to use).
