If you create a redirector page as a couple of people have suggested,
let me strongly recommend that you do not include the target URL in
the link (use some other kind of identifier from which you look up the
correct target URL), or if you do include the target URL, that you
maintain a list of the valid targets and reject any others.
If you have an "open" redirector that will accept any target URL and
generate a redirect to it, eventually spammers will find it and will
use it in their spams to redirect people to their websites through
your website, in an effort to bypass spam detection. This is likely
to result in complaints to you and/or your ISP, and/or get your
website flagged as being as spam website.
