No doubt about quality of content. Not so sure about interconnectivity. With
other sites - yes, some SE take this into account.
One-page site with a good contents can get on the top of listing

This is a crazy point. Look at the beginning of the thread. It is about
inserting navigation, footer and header. Only in nightmare one can imagine
insterting links in the text of a page using JS and spend time on seriosly
fighting this idea!
It looks like you got that hot only because you did not understand what I
said - sorry for that

I did not ask for technique used to include a file
I asked for a link to an examle of a navigation menu which does not use JS.
And Flash of course as your love to JS is the same as to Flash, I guess
