Try to verify if this really is the case. Create test-form which insert
something to the database when loaded.
1. Submit something
2. Check the database
3. Go somewhere else
4. Click back button (expired, refresh)
5. Check the database again
If on step 5 you see another row, this seems to be the case.
Whatever the case with javascript you might succeed, but naturally you
should have a portable solution as well.
