OK not a problem. Basically I'm trying to build a dynamic site that will
allow for easy incorporation of new images or data. It's an art web site,
don't think I mentioned it before. Anyway, what people are doing right now
are just uploading images to the ftp server on their own little space and
then using that (when they sign up) to make a HTML page that allows them to
have a bio page and all the art they have done and put it up for sell. Over
the last few months there have been soooooo many hacks to the site because
of the ftp and the freedom I've allowed with making their own pages. Now I'm
getting people putting advertisements up and its bogging down the server and
eating up my bandwidth like a moth @%#@&. So in light of that happening, I'm
redesigning the site from the group up.

But as I said, there are a lot of images that need to be entered into the
data base. What I'm aiming for is to be able, and I know its passable, is to
have PHP and MySQL to have people upload their images and input information
about it and link it to their page/bio/artist info, what ever, so when a
person goes to that page or pages the new content will be automatically
displayed to the user with out the need to continually make new HTML, and
provide additional security. The way I thought I could do this was to have a
table or tables that will have all the info about a set (witch right now is
in their own folder), and an entry for that set/image that will be pulled up
by PHP when I query the database array to have the URL to pull up the new or
old images.

Right now I have a good system in the works, but there is a lot of old
images that need to be imputed into the database. I'm trying to find out if
there will be a way to do this with out having to hand enter all these
entries, being there are about 70,000 that would need to be entered.

Is there any more info you need?
