Dear Friends,

I will be setting up a PayPal "buy now" button on my web site. I ship my
product in the United States and abroad. Can the shipping fee reflect the
location of my customer? I read through the user's manual of PayPal
buttons, and found nothing related to this. Please help. Thanks.
