Adding them up manually, it appears to be around 100-200MB.

Yes. A bit of investigation showed me that the log files were just over
4GB in size. I trawled the web looking for information on how to get
this size down, and I've managed to get it back to a sensible size.
Looking at my other reply, it would seem sensible to change the way that
logs are handled, as you suggested.
