 Sometimes the mail software may do a few basic security checks too. As an
 example the recipient's mail server may check if the senders IP and reverse name
 look match both directions. In those instances I believe it's checking for
 someone forging a name for an IP address. May be worth checking if the SMTP
 server has matching IP and system name settings.
