basically I would upgrade again and then post back, dont run a legacy
release of apache on windows, use the very latest 2.2.x bugfix or you
are saying that secuity is worth less than a quick upgrade, if go the
upgrade route you will learn why it didnt work, and have more
knowledge as well as peace of mind when it gets fixed.
if you really dont care about security then look in the error log or
eventwvr to see whats wrong in greater detail, chances are that it is
the php apache module - wrong version for your apache server perhaps.
