I need PHP script who can search data (news) from MySQL database.

I have to create database with just one table and 5 fields:

1. News number,
2. Date,
3. News heather,
4. News,
5. Picture.

Do you have this script or can you help me to create this and integrate with
Database for my non profit web site.
