Is this why we get polite but blank stares from clients and
potential clients when we babble on about robust designs, multi
platforms, browsers, varying eyesights etc?
Do they give us work just because they trust us or does this
stuff really make sense? If you are right, it is just the former,
poor fools! If you are wrong, it is at least partly the latter.
