Hi,
I have a tiny shopping website that has lots of static pages, mostly all
created from the same template, that offer short product reviews and links
to merchant websites. For example:
http://www.review-a-gadget.com/Sony_Walkman_NW-E002BLUE_512MB_MP3_Player_Review.php
I would like to expand the site considerably, and use of MySQL and PHP are
something I suspect I should look at very early. It seems that all my very
large competitors have opted for dynamically generated content.
What types of 'storefront' PHP packages are available that use MySQL as an
database, and what kinds of advantages would there be in using a database,
as opposed to retaining the static page solution?
