Thank you both very much.
I'll give both strategies a try and maybe use both in different
applications. I've been trying to get some useful info re the use of cookies
from the manual and haven't found anything that describes the process in
detail yet.
It's the same as using the SID through the URL. Though I've seen it work, I
haven't yet found an explanation as to how or why it works. Maybe the
example you've posted Oli will be different.
