A lady is not suddenly on limits for anything at all, including
any remark or "joke" just because she is a celebrity. The joke
you mention is funny, yes. It is quite different to the other
low-life scumbag remarks I complained about. There is an
intelligence behind the balls joke, it means something and
perhaps even something worth imagining. There were jokes about
Thatcher too along these lines.
You need to look at context and be sensitive to differences
between nice but naughty jokes and pure denigration that are
quite a slur on a sensitive issue for almost the whole of the
female world.
But do keep going and providing me with every possible way not to
get my point so I can gather material for an essay on the
subject.
