BTW, the header and footer are made up of tables that has two fixed columns
and one arbitrary column so that the arbitrary one grows with the resizing
the window and contains a repeated image. They must also must not be
affected by scrolling. Not sure if this makes it harder to implement or not
else I could just use a table with 3 rows to contain everything I think.
(Might try it but I think it probably won't work)
