| You are sucj a loswer dude!! You are disgrace to the mil or what ever
| DIV you are in.. BTW the section you mentioned does not STATE that

| it s parasites liek you guys that make it intoa fucking mountain..
| Why not take the intelleigent users advise--If it does not apply to

| such a pathetic loser you are..
did you miss this?
'If you have not acquired a license to subscribe to MSDN, you are not
authorized to use the Software.'
hmmm...limits to whom you can 'trade' work for ms software now don't it. as
in, if one already has an msdn subscription, why in the hell would they need
*your* software.
and when you say the software is *yours*, did you miss this?
'11. SCOPE OF LICENSE. The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement
only gives you some rights to use the software. Microsoft reserves all other
rights. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation,
you may use the software only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In
doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the software
that
only allow you to use it in certain ways.'
were you to read the whole eula, you'd also notice how limited one is in
using msdn products...hence the 'only gives you *some* rights to use the
software.' essentially, you get to prototype and that's it (except for the
premium license). even testing a prototyped system has great restrictions
applied to it.
fyi, here's a link to the master eula:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/downloads/EULA.pdf
but since you have such a hard time spelling, i'm sure you find it equally
difficult to read...moron!
may your project and business become as stagnant and repugnant as your mind,
thief. as for your fired employee, it is clear that he had good reason to
fuck with your miserable existence and take back the code he had written for
you. being a half-wit, i know you didn't have him sign an nda, ipr, or any
other indemnifying contracts such that you could legally compel him to
restore your system.
for most people, i'd say 'live and learn' however, you don't strike me as
having the capacity to learn - you can barely spell much less create a
complete sentence! and as for your 'living', you just need to *get* a life.
you're an idiot. read the eula. you're embarrassing yourself, driveling
moron.
