I don't consider myself an expert at css, but I did put in the time and do
believe I have a fairly decent proficiency in the discipline. The idea is
you have to work at it. It's easy to condemn something of which you have
no or minimal understanding. Css isn't perfect by any means, but it is
generally viable and what we are stuck with in any case.
