There has been alot of research, but I am not a project leader on
this and do not control all aspects of the efforts.

I haven't been able to find a clear place that explains how to set up
DBA for PHP on windows. I've done it in Perl

All I'm saying is I'm not an expert in the pros and cons of DBA/DBM,
someone here said it wouldn't be good because mysql caches itself and
DBM doesn't, but like I said I'm not in control of the decisions, I
can only try to influence it.

I have, I just like to use the term 'I'm not an expert' etc because
many people decide that something will or will not work without
knowing alot about it.
