Do you mean the bottom of the users viewport? If so what are you going
to do when someone who's visually handicapped ups the font size on you??
Or maybe like me runs my screen in 1240x1024 with a fairly small
viewport on the screen.

Or maybe you mean the bottom of your content??

As Saz said, google for it and you may (probably will) find what you're
looking for; use somewhat nebulous terms and you're going to get some
very varied answers ....
