Hi Ed,

You've overlooked the basic rule of NULL propagation: any expression
involving NULL results in NULL. In the tables above, there are
exceptions to this rule, such as NULL AND FALSE resulting in FALSE, and
TRUE OR NULL resulting in TRUE.
