I've just uploaded a very simpl blogger I once wrote when I was bored,
you can take it an edit as you wish. viewer.php is the public
interface bit, the install.php was going to be an installer, but just
contains the SQL you would need to create the table.

It includes TinyMCE for visual HTML editing, I called it ASBO,
"Anthony's Simple Blog Organiser"... hehe
