That depends on where and how you measure, there are other calculations which
gives the gecko based browsers around 32.5% marker share.

That seems to not work in other browsers, I guess it's another MSIE only thing.
For most people blocking a site for none-MSIE would mean they have to
downgrade when it comes to the browser and maybe a increased security risk too
and of course that would mean that people who don't use microsoft would be
excluded, I know there are many who don't care about anything else than MSIE
and I got to experience that in a project I was working with, but I got a good
laugh when it turned out that the main customer didn't use msie on their
microsoft machine of security reasons.
