Just read some interesting stuff on Appml. Not sure if this is old news,
perhaps already discarded as a serious technology, or nothing more than
a promise at this stage. All the examples I saw used an asp webservice
to parse the appml documents. On the PHP site I haven't found a single
paragraph on Appml. (google: appml site:php.net)

Anyone who can fill me in on the status of Appml, in particular related
to PHP. If it's a stillborn, any good alternatives ?
