Ya look, here's what I found from google:

I don't know the condition of the server, and assuming you want a step
by step instruction:
1. Download oracle
2. Install
3. Configure php using --with-oracle=/path/to/oracle/home/dir
4. Compile PHP
5. install PHP

And no, I'm not assuming you are using PHP4.
