Does it seem like it occurs more often through Google as opposed
to employing a news-reader. Does anyone know if Google provides
a way to read groups through newsgroup messaging?

As for the OPs question...

http://www.tiddlywiki.com/
http://shared.snapgrid.com/ (GTDTiddlyWiki) {old, no longer supported}
http://15black.bluedepot.com/twtests/tiddlywikise.htm Student Edition (TiddlyWiki-SE)
http://newshutch.com/ (News Smashup)

I haven't had time to explore the content of those links, other than
taking a quick look at how they visibly work. But source code
comes through the first link. Frank Kotler recently set up his own
thing through a Verizon connection... He's not much into HTML
or javascript but he did a fairly nice job playing around with it for
a couple of hours. It's possible that Verizon doesn't provide write
access, or perhaps, Frank disabled write access.

Hope this helps.
